Wendy Microbiologist – Wendy graduated from Qld University of Technology with a Bachelors Degree in Applied Science, majoring in Microbiology & Biochemistry. Wendy has over 20+ years experience in the food industry, including roles of Laboratory Analyst, Customer Liaison and, Laboratory Management for a large production facility.
Wendy has a strong Dairy and Cultured Products background and enjoys troubleshooting problems in food production environments. She has over 15 years experience with NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities) control systems and testing and all aspects of quality systems.
